Steve Hutchcraft

A former C-level executive, Steve has over 25 years of managerial and consulting experience. He has led organizations ranging from a $250 million manufacturing company to small, high performing teams and has direct experience in operations, sales, product management, and engineering. Steve trained in Japan on the Toyota Production System, and has utilized the process to create value for many organizations.

Steve has provided counsel and advice to the leaders of multi-billion dollar organizations and small non-profits, to leaders of companies that are well entrenched and to those just starting-up. Having both led and participated in a variety of strategic planning and organizational alignment processes, Steve knows what works and what is less effective. His strategies have positioned organizations for substantial, profitable growth and turned around struggling businesses.

Steve believes in the importance of giving back to the community and has served on the boards of non-profits focused on social services, the arts, higher education, and land conservation. Also, he was selected to lead a Harvard Business School Community Partners pro-bono strategic consulting project for a national land conservation organization and was elected Chairman of the Board of the Muir Heritage Land Trust.

Steve earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
